The DELTA (Distance Education and Learning Technology Applications) Programme of the International Training Centre of the ILO in Turin, Italy, has the pleasure to inform you that a new edition of the distance learning course in "Competency-Based Human Resources Development (CBHRD)" will start in September 2009.
The Programme includes the 2 major programmes:
- Training of Trainers (TOT),
- Human Resources Management (HRM)
